Management Team

Mr. Zhu Jianbiao was appointed as a non-executive Director, the vice chairman of the Board, a member and the chairman of the strategic development committee of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee on 28 July 2021. On 6 May 2022, Mr. Zhu was re-designated as an executive Director. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer on 28 June 2023.

Mr. Zhu graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economic with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and holds a master’s and doctorate degrees in finance from Jinan University. Mr. Zhu has over 20 years of extensive experience in private equity investment, secondary market investment and financial management. He served various positions, such as the chief operating officer of CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd. and the executive deputy general manager of Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu was previously a lecturer of the Faculty of Investment and Finance of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics.

Mr. Liu Zhijie was appointed as an executive Director and a member of each of the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee on 17 May 2019. Mr. Liu is the chief financial officer of the Company since October 2016 and is a director of a number of subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Liu previously served as the general manager of Planning and Financial Management Department of China Shandong International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Limited and a director of Shandong International Economics (HK) Limited. He successively held audit, tax and financial management positions in accounting firms and large-scale state-owned enterprises. He also oversaw various overseas companies and has extensive experience in financial management, investment and financing, as well as overseas business exposure. Mr. Liu obtained a bachelor’s degree from Shandong University of Finance and Economics. He is a senior accountant and selected as high-grade accountant personnel.

Ms. Liao has been appointed as Executive Director and members of the Executive Committee in May 2022 and was further appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee in June 2025.

Ms. Liao worked for several companies and entities such as Yongzhou Municipal Committee Policy Research Office and Bank of Changsha Co., Ltd. Ms. Liao was an executive director of Future World Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. She was an Executive Director of the Company from May 2019 to May 2020.

Mr. Liu Yao was appointed as an executive Director, a member of the Executive Committee and an authorized representative of the Company in May 2019. He has served as the vice president of the Company since December 2017 and is also a responsible officer and director of a number of licensed organizations and a director of a number of other subsidiaries of the Group. Mr. Liu was further appointed as a member of the Strategic Development Committee in July 2021.

Mr. Liu Yao holds a number of practising qualifications in securities and asset management in both Hong Kong and China, with extensive working experience in industrial investment and securities industry. He obtained a master’s degree in Finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and is a certified financial risk manager (FRM) in the United States and a registered real estate appraiser in China. Mr. Liu Yao previously worked for the urban operation segment, the division of investment development of Shandong Hi-Speed Company Limited and the investment development division (property management) of the headquarters of SDHS Group. He had participated in professional trainee exchange programmes held by the investment banking division of Everbright Securities Company Limited and the fund management company of Everbright Capital Investment Limited, respectively.

Mr. Cui Tie was appointed as deputy general manager and a member of the Executive Committee of our company in April 2025.

Mr. Cui graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Shandong Economics College in 2004 and obtained a master's degree in business administration from Southwest University in 2014. He has extensive experience in international business and corporate management. Before joining our company, he served as deputy director of the international business division (foreign affairs office) of Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd., external director of Shandong Hi-Speed Road and Bridge International Engineering Co., Ltd., external director of Shandong High-Speed Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd., external director of Shandong Hi-speed Nile Investment & Development Co.,Ltd., and held several senior management positions such as general manager of the Asia-Pacific division of China Shandong International Economic Technical Cooperation Group. Ltd.

Mr. Yang Qi joined SDHG in May 2020, and held the positions of CEO of China Shandong Hi-Speed Capital (Hong Kong) Limited, Vice Chairman of Shandong Hi-Speed (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Fund Management Limited, and head of the Group's Industrial Investment Division. He was appointed as Assistant Chief Executive Officer of SDHG in September 2022.

Mr. Yu Qin was appointed as Assistant Chief Executive Officer of SDHG in June 2023 and is the existing Director of Finance Department of the Company since January 2019. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Yu had been working for the group of our controlling shareholder, Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd.*（山東高速集團有限公司）from July 2009 to October 2018, during which he joint as a financial planning officer of its subsidiary China Shandong International Economic and Technological Cooperation Corporation*（中國山東國際經濟技術合作公司）in July 2009; he further promoted to act as the financial manager (overseas regional headquarters), the assistant to the manager of the financial department and the deputy general manager of the financial department in January 2012, April 2016 and October 2017 respectively. Mr. Yu obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Shandong University in July 2009 and Maser degree in accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Yu has been registered as a certified public accountant with The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) in China since April 2015. Mr. Yu is also a registered member of The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the United States since September 2017. Mr. Yu is selected as high-grade accountant personnel of Shandong province and holds Financial Risk Manager Certification.
