The Company has been closely monitoring the recent sharp fluctuations in its share price and has taken multiple proactive measures, including timely information disclosures and share repurchases, to safeguard investor interests and maintain market stability.
To actively address market volatility and protect shareholder interests, the Company promptly released voluntary announcements regarding unusual movements in share price and trading volume, assuring the market that its business operations remain normal and that there have been no material changes in its operational or financial conditions. At the same time, the Company made a decisive decision to launch a share repurchase plan on September 16, proposing to repurchase shares on the open market with a total amount of up to US$100 million, demonstrating strong confidence in its business development and future prospects (please refer to the announcement published on the HKEX Disclosure platform on September 16, 2025).
At present, all of the Company’s operations are proceeding normally and in an orderly manner. Nevertheless, on September 19, the Company’s share price experienced a significant decline of 76.02% during the trading day, while southbound capital inflow through the Shanghai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect reached HK$2.24 billion, accompanied by a sharp increase in trading volume. In response to the severe market fluctuations, the Company repurchased a total of 3,700,000 shares on the open market on the same day, further demonstrating management’s firm confidence in the Company’s intrinsic value (please refer to the announcement published on the HKEX Disclosure platform on September 19, 2025).
In the first half of 2025, the Company closely aligned itself with national strategic priorities, focusing on emerging industries such as clean energy and intelligent computing centers, and achieved substantial growth in operating performance. During the reporting period, the Company recorded revenue of RMB 2.503 billion and net profit of RMB 476 million, with both profitability scale and growth ranking among the industry leaders. Its subsidiary Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy achieved a net profit of approximately RMB 400 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.5%, while total assets reached RMB 49.5 billion. Meanwhile, VNET Group, in which the Company holds a strategic investment, reported a 22.1% year-on-year increase in total revenue in the second quarter, and its base-type business revenue surged by 112.5% year-on-year.
Through its controlling stake in Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy and strategic investment in VNET Group, the Company has initially established an integrated industrial chain combining “green power supply and data centers,” with its core businesses highly aligned with national strategic objectives. Looking ahead, as demand for AI computing power continues to expand and key projects are gradually implemented, the Company expects its earlier strategic investments to enter a harvest period, with synergies becoming increasingly evident.
In the face of market fluctuations, the Company will continue to prioritize communication with investors through earnings presentations, roadshows, and investor engagement activities, actively conveying the Company’s true value and development strategy. At the same time, the Company will fully cooperate with regulatory authorities and actively explore various methods to optimize its shareholder structure, including but not limited to the introduction of strategic investors, with the goal of resolving shareholding concentration issues as soon as possible and promoting high-quality, sustainable development.
Finally, the Company sincerely thanks all investors for their continued attention and support. Investors are advised to make rational investment decisions and remain mindful of investment risks.
